With 18 of those years working for the City of Spruce Grove as a HR Business Partner. During her time with the City of Spruce Grove she has interviewed hundreds of candidates and placed over 100 firefighters. Cindy led a collaborative Regional Firefighter recruitment with Strathcona County and City of St. Albert for 5 years.
